3. 50% of the order cost will be returned if your order is already in production and you decide to cancel.

5. If the finished product is damaged, submit an image to support@bannerstudio.com, and we'll reimburse the product cost but not the postage and handling fees.

6. If you receive a damaged product, you must email information and an image to support@bannertudio.com in order to receive a replacement shipment for a small handling fee. We charge minimal handling fees if you want to rework your order.
